<p><b>Job Description</b></p><p>We are seeking a curious and competent Lead Designer to join our team to play, imagine and shape the experiences of tomorrow for all our users!</p><p>No relocation assistance is offered for this position.</p><p></p><p><b>Core Responsibilities</b></p><p>Get ready to embark on an exciting journey where you'll lead research and design initiatives in a product cluster! This role is based in our commercial planning and operations business. Here's a glimpse into core responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Drive design vision and collaborating with product manager and lead engineer to define product and design backlog</p></li><li><p>Responsible for leading and delivering UX and UI design in a product team/s</p></li><li><p>Contribute to activities in the design leadership team to improve experience design at the LEGO Group</p></li><li><p>Drive improvements in the design process focusing on quality control</p></li><li><p>Support the design director in setting up ways to measure the impact of design</p></li><li><p>Act as a mentor, teacher and positive influencer of designers around you</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Play your part in our team succeeding</b></p><p>The Lead Designer will be part of the design leadership team in Markets and Channels Technology. They will help to elevate design within the LEGO Group and drive forward improvements in our end-to-end design process.</p><p>They will be responsible for setting design direction in the product team and cluster and influence product design vision across multiple product teams in the B2B area, identifying opportunities to build a seamless experience for users.</p><p></p><p><b>Do you have what it takes?</b></p><ul><li><p>An impressive track record of designing and building phenomenal digital products for internal use or B2B.</p></li><li><p>“Full-stack design” experience, with ability and knowledge across the entire design process, from discovery, ideation and user flow to creating design specifications for engineers and working with them in releasing final products.</p></li><li><p>Great design leadership skills, showcased through your design work, communication, and actions.</p></li><li><p>Experienced user of design tools like Figma, Miro, Userzoom/Usertesting or equivalent software</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Nice to have</b></p><ul><li><p>Track record of championing design efforts across teams and departments in a larger organization.</p></li><li><p>Experience in designing user-friendly internal tools for finance, sales and marketing teams.</p></li><li><p>Experience in leading design efforts on self-governing agile teams, where communication, collaboration and taking initiative is key.</p></li><li><p>Experience in managing product design backlog</p></li><li><p>Worked with analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
