Your key responsibilities

 

• Develop a sustainable business strategy and plan for meat and fish alternatives, aligned with plant-based business regions and segments strategies.
• Monitor business plan execution and take corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
• Understand and analyze customer market and technological trends to define a sustainable product portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and stay informed about competitive activities to offer competitive products and services.
• Drive innovation and product development for meat and fish alternatives, setting priorities to achieve business objectives and seize market opportunities.
• Manage an efficient organization, including structure, processes, systems, and culture, and lead a diverse team from various disciplines.
• Collaborate with Finance on pricing strategy, manage the yearly budget, and monitor performance indicators to facilitate timely decision-making.

You bring

• Significant experience in food industry, preferably meat & fish alternatives and/or plant-based, having occupied positions in Business Management and/or Technical Sales
• People Management experience is a must
• Project and Portfolio management
• Proven track record of execution excellence
• Masters Degree in Business Management, Finance, Food Science or related areas
• English fluent, any other language is a plus
