Web Knowledge Manager/Strategic Communication-Senior

Overview

FedWriters is building a team to provide OCPA Operations Support, Communication Research, Analysis and Evaluation, Communication Planning, Communication Product Development, Army Outreach Support, Professional Development and Training, Exhibit Management, and Executive Communication Support. As a Web Knowledge Manager/Strategic Communication Senior you will manage digital platforms and knowledge systems while developing strategic communications to enhance Army's online presence.

Work Schedule and Location:

On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm at The Pentagon.

Responsibilities

• Manage Public Affairs Portal/website operations
• Customize SharePoint sites
• Manage communications guidance distribution
• Provide SharePoint user support
• Monitor usage metrics
• Update database/website accessibility
• Recommend system improvements

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college/university
• 5 years demonstrated strategic/tactical/media communication experience within last 10 years
