Imagine the frustration of prior authorizations: as patients, as physicians, and as healthcare executives. We facilitate extracting patient`s data from medical documents. The idea is to decrease the time to fill medical insurance forms after the clinic visit and make the treatment process as comfortable. At its core, Natural Language Processing service drives the recognition of medical documents. You will be part of the team of professionals who develop the technology to simplify day-to-day operations.<br/><br/> <br/><br/> <br/><br/> <br/><h3>Your day-to-day activities:</h3><ul> <li>Work with the NLP team to design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. </li> <li>Provide expertise in the development of standards, architectural governance, design patterns, and practices </li> <li>Experience new ideas and architectural decisions </li> <li>Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs in the NLP part of the project</li> <li>Work with classical NLP algorithms and data structures</li> <li>Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization </li> <li>Mentor and guide other NLP team members if necessary<br/><br/> </li> </ul><br/><br/><h3>You’re a perfect match if you have:</h3><ul> <li>5+ year commercial experience with hands-on Python development and NLP</li> <li>Theoretical understanding, practical implementation  of classical NLP and Neutral Network driven NLP</li> <li>Theoretical knowledge and practical experience with classical ML algorithms and Neural Networks</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field of study </li> <li>Upper-Intermediate + English level</li> <li>Practical experience and deep knowledge of  Python NLP libraries (Spacy, NLTK, Scikit-learn, Keras, Bert)</li> <li>The theoretical foundation of algorithms</li> <li>Experience with Git </li> <li>Solid understanding of security/access control, scalability, high availability, and concurrency patterns. </li> <li>Flexibility and creativity in solution design - including leveraging emerging technologies </li> <li>Ability to clearly explain and justify ideas when faced with competing alternatives</li> <li>Ability to communicate and apply common architectural design patterns across a wide range of technical problems</li> <li>Ability to write consistent and easily maintainable  Python code.</li> <li>Understanding of object-orientated and functional programing</li> <li>Prior experience with continuous delivery and DevOps, specifically using AWS.</li> <li>Ability to study new technology</li> <li>Ability to mentor </li> <li>Ability to make tech talks<br/><br/> </li> </ul>
