We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Brand Manager - Pediatric Oncology to join Norgine.

MAIN PURPOSE

Lead the strategy and execution of the brands and products of the Paediatric Oncology unit for Spain and Portugal. The Senior Brand Manager (BM) will be responsible for defining and orchestrating the brand plan, coordinating the cross-functional team and accelerating access to and hospital adoption of complex therapies, with potential for portfolio and business unit expansion.

SCOPE OF ROLE

• Brand Leadership: Design and update the Iberia Brand Plan (ES/PT) including positioning, segmentation, value proposition and omnichannel roadmap.

• Go-to-Market & Launches: Plan and implement hospital indication launches and extensions, interacting with staff and in-field roles such as KAMs, MSLs, Access, Medical, Regulatory and Supply.

• Omnichannel & Customer Experience: Define journeys by archetype, mix of channels (face-to-face, remote, scientific events, email, platforms, CRM) and end-to-end measurements for the benefit of customers and patients.

• Forecasting & P&L: Getting involved in forecasting and demand planning, prioritizing investments, and optimizing ROI and budget efficiency within brands.

• Access & Evidence: Collaborate with Market Access and Medical to generate clinical-economic value, materials adapted to decision-makers and evidence.

• Governance & Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with local legislation, codes of ethics and internal SOPs in all brand activities.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Brand Strategy and Plan: Prepare and execute the annual plan (ES/PT) with clear objectives, initiatives, KPIs and milestones; review quarterly and adjust tactics.
  • Segmentation and Targeting: Define customer archetypes (HCPs, services and hospital committees) and prioritize accounts in coordination with the access plan and the chart of accounts.
  • Scientific content and materials: Develop promotional and non-promotional materials, internal approvals and adaptation to national regulations.
  • Omnichannel: Design, test and scale multichannel campaigns and tactics; orchestrate CRM and marketing automation together with Sales and Digital.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with KOLs, cooperative groups, scientific societies and patient associations in an ethical and high-value way.
  • Insights & Analytics: Manage and analyze dashboard information for performance, funnel and ROI; propose hypotheses, A/B tests and optimization plans.
  • Forecast & Demand Planning: Prepare scenarios, assumptions and risks; align with Supply and Finance to ensure availability and minimize obsolescence.
  • Budget: Manage the brand and project budget, controlling deviations and maximizing return on investment.
  • Launches: Coordinate cross-functional pre- and post-launch plans (readiness, training, medical education, events, access and materials).
  • Training and Enablement: Prepare and facilitate product, competency, value narrative and skills training for internal and field teams.
  • Project Management: Lead key brand projects with schedules, governance, follow-up, and executive communication.
  • Compliance: Ensure execution in accordance with codes and SOPs, with proper documentation and traceability.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• University training in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration/Marketing or similar.

• Strong experience in marketing and sales in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Experience working with complex hospital products (e.g., biologics, CAR-T, gene therapies, or high specialty).

• Proven experience leading cross-functional brand teams.

• Career in oncology, pediatric oncology or rare diseases.

• High level of English (C1 or equivalent); Portuguese is valuable.
