Job Title: Business Analyst (Functional)

Location: Garden City, NY (Onsite job opportunity)

Duration: 2 Months Contract

Preferably looking for 8+ years of experience candidate

Requirements

• Work Involved - 2 months of intense requirements gathering workshop for implementing a case management system for the customer. This will replace the legacy CMS currently use.
• Industry - Should have knowledge of how the Arbitration and Mediation domain work.
• Prior experience of involvement in the CMS is an added advantage.
• The BA will be working alongside a team of co-BA, designers, and technical writers.
• The candidate will be responsible for
  • Plan and execute the workshop. Inform the plan to the project management for ensuring timely resource availability and track closure of the project.
  • Document user flows
  • Document user stories.
