Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Supervise the operations to harvests field crops. • Ensure crops are collected into containers, such as bags, boxes, and bundles, or piles and stacks crop in windrows. • Ensure all harvested crop are sent to collection point, and correctly loaded onto truck or wagon. • Ensure safety procedures are adhered at all times.<p></p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p>To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: • A degree in the related job field. • At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role. • Willing to relocate to the job location.<p></p><p>When you send us your resume and personal details, it is deemed you have provided your consent to us retaining your information in our talent recruitment database.
