The Field Sales Representative is focused on actively pursuing new leads, opportunities and customers in the small and medium sized market segments to drive growth, either at a branch or country level. This role differs from others in that it prioritises the acquisition and expansion of the customer base, ensuring the continued growth and development of the customer’s portfolio. The primary objective is to achieve significant market expansion and customer acquisition.

 

 

 

About the Job

• Proven experience in the ocean LCL product
•  Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to propose tailored logistics solutions.
•  Collaborate closely with Operations, Product, and Customer Service teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
