Job Title: Test LeadLocation: Phoenix/Scottsdale, AZOn-site (5 days in-office/week)
Overview:Sr. QA Automation Test Lead/Engineer will be responsible for reviewing software requirements and specifications to develop automated testing strategies for newly released software. Additionally, will code reusable test functions or components, execute automated tests using multiple systems, platforms, environments, or browsers, log and track defects and report technical issues to development teams and verify fixes. Verify testing results and accurately track defects. Perform feature and regression testing in Staging and Production lifecycle. Participate in defect tracking and problem-determination throughout the feature development life cycle. Ability to understand, document and develop automation plans and strategies.  Responsibilities include:·       Writing automation scripts for Native Mobile Applications for Android platforms using Appium/ Selenium·       Knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes·       Behavioral Driven Development (BDD) e.g., Cucumber·       6+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.·       6+ years of experience developing and maintaining automation test scripts using frameworks, Java/Selenium, BDD, Cucumber with emphasis on mobile/Android application automation. ·       Experience setting up the frameworks, devices and simulators for executions. ·       Experience with CICD/Jenkins. ·       Experience with POM and other framework implementations. ·       Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools processes and development cycles.·       Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases, test script.·       Experience working in an Agile development environment with cross-functional team members (e.g., business analysts, developers, architects, business stakeholders). ·       Experience with iterative and incremental software delivery.·       Team player willing to grow capabilities in support of a cross-functional delivery team.·       Exceptional attention to detail.·       Strong problem-solving skills.·       Ability to solve complex issues using analytical skills.·       Strong knowledge of Windows-based operating systems.·       Ability to complete work assignments independently with minimal supervision. Must Have: ·       Java/Selenium·       Mobile Automation·       Appium/Android Stuidio·       BDD-Cucumber·       Ability to run scripts with Real Devices (Zebra)/Simulator and/or cloud  Desired: ·       API Automation with Karate/Rest Assured.·       POS/Payment’s experience will be highly desirable. Great teams do amazing things, but truly diverse teams are the ones who can achieve extraordinary results, together.
