- Food Services, local IT, Building Maintenance and Housekeeping, Purchasing, Event Management, Budget and Expenses, and transportation fleet management), personnel, and administrative duties.
- Participates in the formulation of unit and department goals and ensures optimal performance of team; interprets and implements policies and procedures; and develops department procedures and standards to facilitate effective and efficient support operations.
- They may represent the Bank on Division, District, or System work groups or to external entities. They ensure compliance with all performance and control standards/policies/guidelines and routinely participates in the internal management audit process.
- They participate in the development of unit and department budgets, review and approve unit and department purchases of both expense and equipment items. In addition to the duties above, one position also provides oversight for branch building projects and initiatives and coordinates the work of contractors and consultants, and oversees construction, renovation and remodeling projects.

Also provides construction oversight for branch building projects and initiatives. Coordinates work of contractor and consultants, oversees construction, renovation and remodeling projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages recruitment, training, development, performance feedback, and other personnel administration for direct reports. Develops department/unit goals and objectives and measures/monitors progress and accomplishments to ensure department/unit goals are achieved.
- Manages activities of subordinate staff engaged in department/unit responsibilities which may include: budget, food services, purchasing, event management, environmental initiatives, inventory management, transportation and fleet management, mail, record retention, building maintenance and housekeeping, as well as local IT and other administrative functions associated with the Facilities and Support Services operations. Ensures service levels meet established standards, compliance with all relevant procedures and policies, oversees ordering of supplies and inventory for areas of responsibility, recommends production and maintenance scheduling improvements, ensures compliance with data security procedures, and establishes preventive maintenance controls on equipment
- Assists with the preparation and reporting of annual budgets, budget explanations, and capital budgets, both for the short and long term. Reviews purchase requisitions and approves payments within delegated authority levels.
