The Mental Health Association is hiring immediately for motivated Direct Care Workers to join our Residential team. Direct Care Workers are entry level and require no previous experience (must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a safe/reliable vehicle to be eligible for hire). We are looking for individuals who want to be actively involved in helping people live their best life.

The direct care worker is responsible for supporting residents with the completion of daily living activities such as meal preparation, household maintenance, transportation, and active engagement in the individual's treatment plan.

This is a full-time position, 1st Shift (Sun-Thurs 7am-3pm)

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, sufficient automobile insurance, acceptable driving record, and a safe reliable vehicle during working hours.
