Until now.</p> <p>Arc is on a mission to electrify the marine industry. We're rethinking powertrains, software, and vessel designs from first principles. And we're already executing. We started with consumers to develop and harden our core technology. We're now scaling production of our flagship model with new models and sectors on the horizon. Now we're extending our platform to commercial applications, starting with tugs, ferries, and defense, with years worth of signed contracts and a pipeline that spans every vessel type on the water.</p> <p>The technology is proven, the momentum is building, and the opportunity is enormous. You'll thrive here if you move fast, take ownership, and care about the details.</p> <p>This is a full-time, on-site role at our Los Angeles headquarters.</p> <h2>What you'll do</h2> <ul> <li>Driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within marina operators, charter fleets, boat dealerships, and direct consumer segments</li> <li>Managing the full sales cycle end-to-end — from prospecting and RFQ/RFP responses to technical presentations, pricing negotiations, and contract execution</li> <li>Translating Arc’s electric marine propulsion technology, battery systems, and software platform into clear, differentiated value propositions for diverse customer profiles</li> <li>Building and maintaining deep, trust-based relationships with key customers, channel partners, and marine industry stakeholders to maximize long-term account growth and retention</li> <li>Collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Manufacturing to capture customer requirements, inform product roadmap decisions, and ensure successful vessel delivery</li> <li>Developing and executing strategic account plans that align customer goals with Arc’s commercial objectives and market expansion strategy</li> <li>Monitoring market dynamics including competitor activity, marine electrification trends, regulatory developments (e.g., emission-free zone mandates), and emerging customer needs</li> <li>Preparing technical proposals, bid packages, and sales presentations that accurately reflect Arc’s capabilities, specs, and integration requirements</li> <li>Owning customer satisfaction from pre-sale through commissioning, serving as the primary escalation point for commercial and technical i
