Centrica Energy is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer to lead the customization and integration of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE platform. You will play a pivotal role in shaping scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM systems while guiding junior developers and collaborating across teams. If you are a seasoned developer with strong problem-solving skills, DevOps experience, and a deep understanding of CRM technologies, we’d love to hear from you.</p><p></p><p><b>About the Role</b></p><p></p><p>As a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing customized CRM solutions that drive business efficiency and innovation. You will lead technical development, mentor junior team members, and ensure our systems are robust, scalable, and secure.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Stay updated with the latest features and best practices related to Dynamics 365 CE and associated technologies.</p></li><li><p>Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of CRM solutions.</p></li><li><p>Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 CE platform, including entities, workflows, plugins, and integrations.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.</p></li><li><p>Lead the development of integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and other enterprise systems using Azure services, APIs, and third-party tools.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>About You</b></p><p></p><p>The ideal candidate is a proactive and skilled developer with a strong technical foundation who thrives in this dynamic environment. A passion for continuous improvement and learning is highly valued.</p><p></p><p>Key Skills and Experience:</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.</p></li><li><p>Extensive experience with Power Platform components, including Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.</p></li><li><p>Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.</p></li><li><p>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including Azure DevOps and Git.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of CRM customization, configuration, and integration techniques.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>It would be an advantage to also have:</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 CE certifications.</p></li><li><p>Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of industry-specific CRM solutions and best practices.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>About Centrica Energy</b></p><p></p><p>Centrica Energy is a leading player in the European energy markets, focused on trading, optimization, and risk management across power, gas, and renewable energy.
