The Associate Vice President, Corporate IT will be responsible for leading the company’s technology vision, ensuring IT is not only aligned with business goals but positioned as a driver of innovation, transformation, and long-term competitive advantage.  You will oversee all aspects of infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, data and digital transformation.  You will serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, ensuring every technology investment fuels performance, scalability, and growth. 

This role will be based in our global headquarters in Jacksonville, FL and report into the Executive Vice President of Product Engineering.

Key Areas of Responsibility 

Strategic Vision & Executive Influence • Articulate compelling technology vision that resonates with the executive leadership team and drives enterprise-wide transformation • Build strong executive relationships, serving as trusted technology advisor and strategic business partner  

ERP Excellence & Systems Integration • Drive comprehensive ERP strategy and integration initiatives that unify business operations and enhance efficiency • Orchestrate complex system integrations that create seamless data flow across financial, operational, and customer-facing platforms  

Data Strategy & AI Innovation • Architect enterprise data strategy that transforms information into competitive intelligence and actionable insights • Champion AI and automation initiatives that revolutionize business processes and create measurable operational improvements • Establish data governance frameworks that ensure trusted, scalable analytics across the organization • Lead adoption of machine learning and AI solutions that optimize decision-making and drive innovation 

Engineering & Development • Drive IT infrastructure and system implementation projects that address core business operations and organizational efficiency • Design and implement scalable infrastructure architectures that support business growth and ensure system reliability • Optimize network performance and cloud resources to maximize uptime and minimize operational costs • Develop and maintain business-critical internal applications that streamline workflows and enhance employee productivity 

Service Excellence & Operations • Transform IT service desk operations into world-class support that enhances user experience and business productivity • Lead infrastructure and cloud operations that ensure reliability, security, and performance across all business functions  

Cybersecurity & Risk Leadership • Ensure comprehensive compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements across all operations • Lead business continuity planning and disaster recovery capabilities that safeguard organizational resilience • Stay ahead of evolving threat landscape and implement proactive security measures 

Change Leadership & Transformation • Lead organizational change management, ensuring successful adoption of new technologies and innovative practices • Communicate transformation vision effectively to stakeholders at all levels, inspiring confidence and engagement • Foster culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and strategic thinking across IT and business units 

What you bring: 

• 15+ years of experience as an IT leader who has delivered successful technical outcomes in leading business critical IT projects
