We’re seeking energetic and customer-focused Concession Workers and Hawkers to serve fans at various Baltimore venues, ensuring that each guest enjoys outstanding service along with their favorite game-time bites and drinks. In these roles, you’ll be a key part of our venue operations, delivering both efficiency and a great fan experience. Concession Workers provide fast, friendly service at designated counters, while Hawkers actively engage fans in the stands, making the dining experience more accessible and enjoyable during the event. Whether handling food preparation, assisting guests with purchases, or engaging with the crowd, you’ll be part of an exciting atmosphere at every event.

 

Concession Worker

• Food and Beverage Service: Take orders, handle transactions, and serve food and beverages promptly and courteously at assigned concession stands.
• Preparation and Presentation: Ensure food items are prepared to company standards and presented attractively, following health and safety guidelines.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock items as needed, and report shortages to supervisors.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with guests courteously, answer questions about the menu, and assist in creating a positive experience.

Hawker

• Mobile Food and Beverage Sales: Navigate the venue, providing fans with a mobile ordering option by offering snacks, drinks, and other items directly in the seating areas.
• Product Promotion: Engage fans in a lively and approachable manner, promoting various concession items and upselling where appropriate.
• Cash Handling: Complete transactions with accuracy and speed, handling cash and credit card payments effectively.
