Intellectual Property Lawyer

 As an Intellectual Property Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in protecting and managing our intellectual property assets. You will be responsible for advising on intellectual property matters, conducting trademark searches, drafting and negotiating licensing agreements, and enforcing intellectual property rights.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file applications for patents, trademarks, and copyrights in the US, EU, and UK

• Provide legal advice to employees on intellectual property matters, including during the creation of new content

• Analyze competitors and their patent portfolios to develop strategies for protecting the company’s IP rights

• Participate in other areas of the Legal Department’s work that align with your interests

• Protect the company’s rights and brands by writing complaints to mobile marketplaces, social media, hosting providers, and domain registrars

• Block and remove fraudulent websites created by competitors to harm the company’s reputation

• Participate in other areas of the Legal Department’s work that align with your interests
  

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience writing complaints to remove or block websites that misuse company trademarks or redirect traffic

• Experience filing trademark applications in the EU and other regions

• Experience handling claims related to intellectual property protection

• English proficiency level of at least Upper Intermediate
