Senior Consultant:

How will you shape the future of A.P. Moller-Maersk?

As a Senior Consultant, you will take a leading role in completing projects across A.P. Moller-Maersk globally, in which you will work closely with senior executives focusing on transforming and disrupting our business from within.

Within our project teams, you will be engaged in supporting and coaching junior colleagues, as well as driving impact for our stakeholders.

Who are you?

We are looking for people with a strategic mindset who thrive in a collaborative environment with teams and senior stakeholders. You have a sharp logical approach to complex problems and are able to communicate effectively and confidently challenge stakeholders and team members across all levels.

You bring prior experience from a top-tier management consultancy and can use your consulting toolbox in projects. You are comfortable with taking ownership and proactively leading the workstreams for which you are responsible.

You are humble and empathetic in the way that you receive and deliver feedback, which is critical to support your own development and the development of others.
