Location: HQ - Eden Prairie, Minnesota, USA (hybrid role)

About the Role

The Associate Business Systems Manager is part of a team that supports specific business applications and assists in configuring, documenting, supporting, administering, and improving functionality of associated business system applications.  

Responsibilities

  • Administer business application packages. This often includes (but is not necessarily limited to) user adds/changes, light configuration changes, troubleshooting minor issues and assisting with user audits.

  • Assist in documenting business system flows and processes.  This includes developing a high-level understanding of the application ecosystem for the assigned areas and how these applications interact with the overall application ecosystem here at Arctic Wolf.

  • Assist in documenting business system data integrations and flows within a functional area or areas.

  • Assist in requirements gathering and documenting ‘as is’ current state of systems and processes and conceptualizing future improvements.

  • Working knowledge of a specific business area or areas and how the systems in these areas support business outcomes.

  • Execute tasks assigned (possibly via a project plan) and participate in sprint planning.  Manage workload effectively to ensure on time completion of assigned tasks.

Who You Are

  • Educational knowledge of Corporate Business Systems (i.e. CRM, Marketing, HR, and ERP).

  • Working knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile concepts.

  • Participated in projects involving packaged solutions and included integrations, documentation, and support responsibilities.

  • Demonstrated critical thinking and abstract reasoning skills.

  • Good organization skills.

  • Good written and oral communication skills.

  • Strong collaboration skills.

  • Self-starter.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated knowledge of software development lifecycle, sprint planning and release execution.

  • Have participated in project execution, which has included analyzing business requirements and determining technical solutions to meet those requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years of experience with Business Systems analysis and package support.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Candidate with working knowledge of CRM-, HR-, and/or ERP-packaged solutions and the ability to support these packages.
