Customer Service Representative Reconciliation Specialist

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative Reconciliation Specialist to join us at our facility in Asturias.
This position is integrated to the Customer Service Representative team but is really a finance-driven position.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts, including invoice creation and accounts receivable information in SAP.
- Communicate changes related to customer master data to the Sales team.
- Proactively follow up on late payments and coordinate dispute resolution with relevant departments.
- Process invoice corrections, price adjustments, and credit returns.
- Responsible for central billing accounting and reconciliation of related receivables.
- Send customers account balance confirmations.
- Ensure compliance with national and international financial regulations, tax, and accounting requirements.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Finance background: minimum of 2 years of experience in customer account management, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- English: business proficiency is required.
- German: nice to have.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel. A knowledge of SAP would be preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
