Director of Operations - Wildfire Division

Description:

Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos’ “We Win Hearts” Company-wide culture.  Responsible for overseeing day to day operations of the property.  Properly implement all Title 31 procedures, observe and safeguard company assets, and follow all responsible gaming guidelines. Work with Executive Administration Managers regarding Team Member functions and issues.  Provide friendly, efficient service to all Guests and oversee the overall operation of the property.  Must be able to effectively supervise, coach, counsel, and discipline Team Members as well as orient, train, and evaluate Team Members. Responsible for related departmental budgets and monthly financial reviews.

Qualifications:

Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.  Minimum two (2) years’ management experience.  Slots experience preferred.  Strong Communication, Leadership and Organizational skills.  Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook preferred.  Prior experience with Point of Sale systems helpful.  Must have financial and budgeting experience.
