The objective of this program is to transform our organization and processes in all European countries with new common platform enabler. The program has been launched 4 years ago and we now enter a new phase to manage the roll-out in the different countries as we already have some countries live.</span></p><h5><span><strong>Overview</strong></span></h5><p><span>We are looking for a <strong>functional and technical Infor WFM specialist</strong> who can identify and deliver the optimal solutions for our internal customers—both in ongoing project rollouts and in Business-as-Usual (BAU) countries. In this role, you will own the solution design and advice the implementation for a product deployed across Europe, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with business needs.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>This position requires deep expertise in the <strong>Infor WFM platform</strong> and a strong drive to craft best-fit solutions. You will lead the design, enhancement, and implementation of Workforce Management capabilities across multiple countries, ensuring adherence to product standards and local business requirements.</span></p><h5><span><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></h5><ul><li><p><span>Building reliable Infor solution in accordance with the Infor WFM product and business requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead and advice the implementation partners on the implementation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Act as the lead architect for all Infor WFM modules (Scheduling, Time &amp; Attendance, Absence Management, Forecasting, Mobility).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable system designs aligned with enterprise architecture standards.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead functional and technical design workshops with Business representatives, implementation- and AMS partner.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Guide and challenge implementation partner deliverables to ensure alignment with standards, security, and best practices.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with the AMS partner to ensure smooth handover of new functionalities, stability of production environments, and continuous improvement.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Oversee configuration consistency and quality across modules and countries.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure integrations with Payroll, SSO, Active Directory, reporting platforms, billing, and mobility applications meet enterprise requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Evaluate and approve enhancement requests, new modules, and roadmap items.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide expert support for high-complexity incidents or architectural decisions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure compliance with enterprise security, GDPR, audit, and data-handling requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create the design for a stable, secure, reliable and available platform serving 100k Users.</span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><h5><span><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></h5><ul><li><p><span>5+ years hands-on experience with Infor WFM (configuration + architecture).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong functional knowledge of scheduling, time &amp; attendance, labor rules, compliance, and 24/7 operations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Technical proficiency in:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Infor ION, API/REST integrations, Mongoose</span></p></li><li><p><span>SQL, ETL, data modelling</span></p></li><li><p><span>SSO technologies (Azure AD, OAuth, SAML)</span></p></li><li><p><span>WFM mobility and kiosk solutions</span></p></li></ul></li><li><p><span>Experience working with implementation partners and AMS providers, ideally in a global or multi-country setup.</span></p></li></ul><p><span>Proven ability to challenge ven
