What You'll Be Doing:

• Familiarize yourself with the Security and Scan Tools used by Perceptyx.
• Reviewing Infrastructure and Codebase.
• Showcase your technical expertise in Cloud Computing, scripting languages, and integrating 3rd party tools
• Implement enterprise security solutions like WAF, IDS/IPS, Anti-DDOS, and SIEM
• Document processes and architecture for AWS and Azure environments
• Dive into the latest DevOps tools for both frontend and backend development
• Work with Terraform, HashiCorp Packer & Ansible (for building machine images), and more for Google, AWS, Azure, and hybrid implementations
• Work with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools including Git, GitLab, Jenkins, TeamCity, CodeDeploy, CodePipeline etc.
• Utilize advanced Python for Ansible modules and scripting needs
• Perform advanced Redis implementations
• Be part of automated Docker deployments and Container Service
• Manage Vulnerability and Patch MGT in hybrid/Cloud environments

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in NIST/ISO/GDPR IT security, compliance, and risk management
• Strong IaC (Infrastructure as Code) experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for effective leadership
• Hands-on technical expertise in Security Architecture, automation, integration, and deployment (Dev/Sec/Ops)
• Direct experience with anti-virus/malware software, intrusion detection, firewalls, and content filtering
• Knowledgeable in risk assessment tools, technologies, and methods based on NIST
• Familiarity with compliance & security standards across the enterprise IT landscape
• Professional experience in system administration supporting multiple platforms and applications

Compensation: Perceptyx is focused on equitable pay for all our staff and aims for transparency with our pay practices. This position provides an annual salary range of $130,000 to 150,000. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
