SAP Solution Manager

We are looking for a high-energy, experienced SAP Solution Manager ideally in S/4 HANA, (can be in SAP ERP) to join our team. Experience within the Life Sciences is highly desired.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in large scale SAP client engagements
- Deliver quality client services, drive high-quality work products within the on time and within budget Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
- Manage expectations of client service delivery and communicate on a daily basis
- Assist in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate our Company in the ERP advisory market
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 9+ years of SAP experience, including at least one large-scale SAP implementation
- 5+ years of leadership roles
- 3+ E2E implementations
- Oversight and solution architect responsibilities for E2E processes and functional solution
- Management of integration points through an integration strategy
- Coordination of cross-functional activities (e.g. Solution Playbacks, Collaboration Hubs, Cutover), creation of cross-functional work products (e.g. Workshop Catalogs, Workshop Schedules), and creation of cross-functional templates (e.g. Workshop Decks, Solution Design Documents)
- Tactical management of functional streams including creating templates and standards across streams, reviewing quality and consistency of work products and solutions, detailed planning for the PMO, holistic risk mitigation and issues management, and options analyses for cross-stream decisions
- Knowledge of Record to Report, Order to Cash, Logistics, Plan to Manufacture, Procure to Pay, Data, Testing, Security, Infrastructure, Development, Change Management, and Project Management
- Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated to be 70-90%
