The company runs two distinguished Amazon FBA Private Label Brands DYNMC YOU and Milula Studios. With a global presence, the company has a team of twelve dedicated individuals, co-founded by Lucas and Isabell.

As a Bookkeeper, the purpose is to manage the financial aspects of the business, steering it towards success. This pivotal role requires a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset. The position has the potential to grow into a financial controller role.

Key responsibilities:

🧾 Handle Bookkeeping & Reconciliation efficiently using Quickbooks Online, with advanced experience in Google Sheets and Excel.

📦 Manage accounts payable to ensure smooth financial operations.

📑 Plan and strategise for Cash Flow and Profit & Loss, contributing to the financial health of the business.

💼 Prepare insightful management reports that offer a clear financial overview.

🗓️ Monitor the cash conversion cycle, identifying areas for improvement.

🧾 Generate ad-hoc reports as requested by the management, providing valuable insights.

📊 Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing processes and reports, enhancing overall efficiency.

Working Hours ⏰: Full time aligned with EU times.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

✅ Analytical mindset

✅ Advanced experience with Google Sheets, Excel, and QuickBooks

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping

✅ Financial reporting expertise

✅ VAT knowledge
