About This Position:
The Investments & Product Delivery (IPD) team represents Global Investment Operations (GIO) and Investments on new product launches, complex client onboardings as well as solutioning and implementing new capabilities. The Lead Analyst, Technology Integration will provide a centralized point of contact and functional support to teams within GIO – Fund Accounting & Administration, Investment Performance & Analysis, Investment Middle Office, Investment Liaisons, and Investment Compliance – ensuring tools are used to their maximum potential. In this role, the Lead Analyst will have the chance to think creatively and strategically to influence stakeholders, provide training and guidance and maximize usage on enterprise-wide tools. Further, the Lead Analyst will apply their technical skills to triage and implement new solutions with workflow tools on behalf of GIO. At times, he/she will act as a conduit between GIO functional teams and their technology counterparts to progress business requirements and develop new capabilities. The Lead Analyst will partner with our Business Management team to develop and track business critical metrics for Global Investment Operations.
Focus Areas
- Ownership for Enterprise Products - Onboard and support internal tools within Global Investment Operations. Responsible for enabling division wide technology usage and maximizing the benefits across the organization by educating colleagues, facilitating trainings and roadshows, prioritizing needs, and tracking product roadmap enhancement requests. Will analyze user behavior and feedback to validate that products are delivering value. Responsible for developing and reviewing operational metrics and client surveys and soliciting direct stakeholder feedback.
- Establish and Maintain Center of Excellence - Establish a Power BI Center of Excellence, identifying best practices and providing support and training to GIO stakeholders. Additionally, develop and support division wide business metrics for Senior Leadership. Provide consultative support to Global Investment Operations teams and other stakeholders as it relates to the development and support of new metrics.
- Creates and Implements Technical Solutions for Efficiency Gains – Using tools such as Service Now or Power BI, execute small tactical tasks within Global Investment Operations. Additionally, troubleshoot and triage issues and questions which arise.
- Evaluation of New Requirements- As part of new product launches, client onboardings, or GIO initiatives the Lead Analyst will take the initiative to evaluate new requirements which may impact current or new enterprise technology.

Responsibilities:
- Delivers and implements projects that involve complex, highly varied, often contradictory information. Problem solves to overcome barriers to change and build buy-in. Is fully compliant with standard change process/implementation methods but able to adapt approach and demeanor to match shifting demands and situations.
- Identifies, uses, and recommends enhancements to change tools and methods. Manages goals, risks, issues and resources and ensures change management standards are applied throughout each project. Reports on progress and recommends responses to identified issues.
- Performs complex organizational and stakeholder analyses to determine change impact, change readiness. Provides change management for programs or multiple workstreams within larger programs.
- Works with all required functions and groups to effectively plan and ensure adoption of the change(s). May coordinate resources across organizational boundaries. Develops tools and training methods to enable successful change management throughout the enterprise. Considered a specialist in this space.
- Solicits feedback from multiple stakeholder groups to identify risks and issues, and leverages network to test and validate assumptions about underlying cause.
