Job Summary 

Keyrus is looking for a Project Manager. The ideal candidate embodies technical prowess in the Public Sector and ESB, coupled with a fervent commitment to making every piece of data matter. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple ICT projects, ensuring alignment with defined project management standards.
• Coordinate integration of internally developed systems and external services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including realistic Gantt charts and implementation plans.
• Provide regular progress updates to management and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes.
• Ensure project governance is applied effectively through checkpoints, coaching, and board updates.
• Monitor scope, budget, and resources to track project performance.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; develop and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee supplier performance and address issues related to third-party service delivery.
• Contribute to cost and resource estimations for annual project planning.

Requirements for the role 

• Minimum 9 years of experience in project management.
• Successfully managed at least 5 end-to-end projects involving.
• Managed a minimum of 5 data protection projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in data migration initiatives.
• Minimum 5 years working within highly regulated public or governmental environments, including EU bodies.
• At least 5 years of experience in project risk management.
• Strong understanding of planning and estimation techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint for timeline visuals and reporting.
• Certified in project management (PRINCE2, PMP, or PM² at intermediate level or above).
• Solid knowledge of incremental system integration and enterprise service bus (ESB) architectures.
• Good understanding of data migration concepts and strategies.
• Fluent in English
• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
