Sr Accountant - Corporate Finance

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our corporate accounting team.  The ideal candidate:

• Has a strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Takes ownership of assigned areas.
• Enjoys solving problems and thinking outside the box.
• Strives for continuous professional improvement.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• The Senior Accountant is responsible for preparing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations related to assigned areas, including development accounting and reimbursement management and accounting for cash, debt, and equity.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting required.
• Excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills are required.
