Senior Analyst – Home Strategy and Operations
The Home National Team provides support to the patients who perform dialysis at Home instead of in a center, and the teammates who serve them. Home dialysis provides important clinical benefits for patients, is a key driver of DaVita financial and operational performance, and is a strategic priority for the DaVita Village. Recently, CMS announced its intention to see 80% of all new dialysis patients either receive a transplant or treat on a Home modality. DaVita is the largest provider of Home dialysis in the US, has been investing significantly in a differentiated offering for the last several years, and is uniquely positioned to continue to lead the way in home dialysis.
The Senior Analyst – Home Strategy and Operations will provide important support to highly visible strategic and operational projects focused on key Home growth levers (i.e., conversions, new starts, etc.). This teammate will partner with cross-functional teams and teammates from diverse backgrounds to draw operational, strategic, and financial insights from various data sources. They will provide recommendations, reporting, and analytical insights to executives and field leadership for both pilot and large-scale projects in support of DaVita’s Home dialysis business. They will also be part of a team that may design pilots, measure impact, and identify opportunities for operational efficiency in the Home Strategy & Operations lane of the Home National Team. The Analyst should be someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day, and should expect to work on multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
Senior Analyst Responsibilities to include:
Provide analytical support to executives and field leadership; Develop and update project dashboards that will be used to provide updates to senior leadership
Collect, analyze and report on operational (and financial) data related to Home dialysis growth levers and demonstrate project progress and outcomes
Develop and continually update reports for field operators to provide updates on progress and drive adoption as needed (including weekly and monthly reporting)
Complete ad-hoc requests as needed; become subject matter expert of operational data related to key home growth levers
Collaborate with colleagues and managers to develop project plans, timelines, and key performance indicators for pilots and large-scale product/program implementation
Collaborate with Home leadership to define key data points needed to effectively monitor and evaluate projects. Develop data collection methods based on the needs of the project
Pose the right questions and structure analytical frameworks to address those questions; Ability to know how to manipulate data to understand “the why”
Use database queries to gather supporting data
Build and quality control complex models
Clearly prepare insights and recommendations for executives and field leadership with support from colleagues and manager
Collaborate on projects with support from colleagues and managers
Support Home growth strategy and operations efforts
Requirements / Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required.
2-4 years of total work experience
Strong Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) skills & experience
Ability to build models, tables and visualizations (Anaplan skills are a plus)
Ability to take initiative, plan, prioritize and execute, independently, the completion of all analysis and reporting in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience at top-tier consulting firm or corporate strategy team with demonstrated interest in healthcare industry beneficial (Healthcare experience highly desirable, but not required)
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
Experience with financial and/or operational reporting and analytics
Strong work ethic and ability to get stuff done
