Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It!):

As the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll lead the charge in providing world-class service at our café or bar. From food safety to guest experience, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly while also managing schedules, inventory, and financial controls. 🍽️🍦 And, as part of your role, you’ll also step into Manager-on-Duty shifts, overseeing the operation of all departments within the attraction! 🎡

Qualifications & Experience

Key Responsibilities:

✨ F&B Operations

• Oversee the full operation of the café/bar, including coffee service, snacks, ice cream, cold beverages, and more! ☕🍦
• Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are always on point – no shortage of fun here! 🧾🔄
• Coordinate food & beverage orders, controlling wastage to stay within budget 📦💸
• Ensure all cleaning and hygiene standards are met or exceeded 💧
• Lead and motivate your team to maximize revenue opportunities through up-selling and excellent service 💰✨

✨ Team Leadership

• Train and develop F&B Hosts, ensuring they have the skills to deliver excellent service and meet safety standards 👩‍🏫
• Empower your team to deliver outstanding customer service – we’re all about that guest-obsessed mindset! 🌟
• Build morale and improve team performance with incentives, recognition, and team-building programs 🎉💪

✨ Manager On Duty

• Step into the role of Manager-on-Duty, ensuring smooth operation across Admissions, Guest Experience, Food & Beverage, and Retail 👑
• Manage queues and guest flow in the busiest areas to ensure a safe, optimal experience for everyone 🎢
• Communicate effectively between departments to resolve issues and keep everything running seamlessly 🔄📞

✨ Health & Safety

• Follow and uphold health and safety standards to ensure everyone is safe and sound ✅
• Ensure that all food handling qualifications and local licenses are up to date 🔒🍴

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in food & beverage management, with at least 2 years in a similar role 🌟
• A natural leader with a passion for motivating teams and providing excellent guest service 🙌
• Strong skills in inventory control, financial management, and customer service 💡
• Ability to stay flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment 🌪️
• Excellent communication skills to lead your team and collaborate with other departments 💬
