About the job
This position is a critical role designed to drive the execution of Twilio’s Console consolidation and self-service goals. As a Product Manager (L2) on the Console Team, you will focus on building the "One Console" experience, ensuring a unified customer model and seamless migration for acquired entities like Segment. - Bring our AI-driven experiences to life: Help shift the Console from a manual configuration tool into an intelligent operating environment. You will execute on features that allow users to interact in plain language, empowering the Console Assistant to map customer intent, instantly configure complex workflows, and proactively surface next steps.
- M&A Portal Migration: Lead the effort to migrate M&A customers into the Twilio One Console ecosystem, establishing a single, unified view of the customer console.
- Legacy Console Sunset: Manage the deprecation of legacy Console systems to reduce technical debt and unify the UI without compromising the reliability of our Tier-0 platform.

- Deliver Adaptive, Cross-Functional Experiences: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Edge teams to build proactive, friction-free customer journeys. Instead of forcing developers to dig through documentation, you will leverage behavioral data and intent signals to deliver in-line, natural language troubleshooting and contextual recommendations at the exact moment a customer needs them.
