The Senior Quality Compliance Analyst at AbbVie Ireland is responsible for ensuring quality assurance (QA) activities across commercial, clinical, and development operations. This role supports the QA/QP Associate Director and Business Unit Leader, ensuring compliance with FDA, EU, and regional regulatory standards. </p><p>Key Responsibilities: </p><ul><li><p>Collaborate with Quality Assurance leadership to deliver the company quality plan and meet global regulatory requirements. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Manage quality system elements, including non-conformance management, change control programs, vendor audits, and inspections. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Build and maintain strong relationships with management, colleagues, and external partners to articulate quality requirements clearly. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Actively participate in compliance initiatives, driving continuous improvement and quality enhancements. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Coordinate site quality processes, including preparing reports and metrics for senior management reviews. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Represent the site during Ministry of Health inspections and manage post-inspection commitments. </p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering; advanced degrees preferred. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a quality discipline within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Demonstrated knowledge of quality standards and regulations. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience in coordinating projects within internal and external teams. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Excellent c
