The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services Process and Systems Transformation (PST) Team:

RTX has an opening for a Sr. Manager, SAP Ariba Security (Sr. Manager, Cyber Defense) position.

The Sr. Manager, SAP Ariba Security will be responsible for developing, configuring, and supporting the PST RTX SAP Ariba platform and ensuring robust security measures across the system. This individual will also lead projects such as security policy implementation, compliance audits, security incident response and security monitoring and reporting. Responsibilities include managing user access, integration security, compliance audits and collaborating with other PST ERP teams and business units within RTX to build common processes and enterprise solutions. 

What You Will Do: 

• Lead the SAP Ariba security team, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the system. 
• Collaborate with IT and functional teams to define and implement security policies, standards, and procedures. 
• Define and maintain user roles, permissions, and access controls for SAP Ariba modules in alignment with organizational policies. 
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP Ariba security configurations, incident response procedures, and security policies. 
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions. 
• Knowledge and experience with Identity and Access Management Principles (Least privilege access, RBAC, ABAC etc).  
• Act as a liaison between IT, Internal and External Audit teams and functional business stakeholders to ensure ERP systems meet regulations, policies and compliance requirements.   
• Travel up to 20% - 50%

 Qualifications You Must Have:

• Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in SAP Security and/or Ariba Security and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or related field, or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree 
• Strong understanding of SAP security architecture and best practices.  
• Experience in performing security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and developing security solutions.  
• Knowledge of cyber security frameworks and regulations. 

Qualifications We Prefer:  

• MS Application Suite (Access, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)  
• An understanding of key Government requirements around DFARS/NIST  
• Strong technical knowledge and experience of SAP security architecture and role-based authorization models within SAP system landscapes including S/4HANA, BW 4/HANA, GRC, GTS, SolMan, MDG, BTP, Ariba and other related ERP applications  
• Ability to travel up to 20% - 50%
