The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Information Technology Business Partner to join the team in Huntington Beach, CA; Seal Beach, CA; or Long Beach, CA.
The Boeing Global Services (BGS) Information Technology (IT) business partner team is looking for a specialist that will act as a liaison between the business, IT and related organizations to understand priorities and develop a strategy to ensure business objectives are met.
You will collaborate directly with business or function to understand problems or initiatives and represent the business or function within IT to engage the right resources, explore alternatives and help deploy the right solution with first time quality.
Position Responsibilities:
Oversees and acts as an internal consultant for activities at a strategic/enterprise level between the business and IT and related organizations to understand priorities and develop a strategy to ensure the most complex of business objectives are met
Leads the education of the Business’ senior leadership on IT service offerings
Collaborates directly with business to understand problems or initiatives, and represents the business or function within IT at the highest levels to engage the right resources, explores alternatives and help deploy the right solution with first time quality
Directs the development and execution of communication plans, including status to leadership and to business or function stakeholders
Oversees the identification of risks and impacts and coordinates with business or function senior leadership to approve mitigation plans or changes to commitments
Provides input and lessons learned on IT processes, procedures, tools and techniques, and ensures alignment to quality management solutions for the business or function
Oversees dollars spent, funding, and affordability in support of their applicable business unit
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
4+ years of experience within information technology
2+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams
Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with developing strong stakeholder and client relationships
Experience with preparing and delivering written materials and verbal presentations
Experience with budget estimating and management
Experience with collaborating cross functionally across teams
Experience working in a complex and changing business environment
Experience with IT infrastructure design, Information Security, SAFe, Product Management

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $120,700 - $163,300
