What You’ll Do

As a Customer Care Associate, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers. Your responsibilities include:

• Customer Engagement: Answer incoming calls using a multi-line phone system with professionalism and care.
• Follow-Up: Place at least 100 follow-up calls per shift to ensure customer satisfaction and collect updated information.
• Appointment Setting: Assist internet leads by scheduling test drives and showroom appointments for new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Information Sharing: Listen actively to customer needs and provide accurate, helpful information.
• Customer Satisfaction: Deliver high-quality service with a focus on creating positive experiences.
• Organization: Handle multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines and team expectations.
• Professional Communication: Accurately relay messages and maintain clear, courteous communication.
• Administrative Support: Assist with additional duties as needed to support smooth daily operations.
