<p></p> <p> </p> <p>Senior Accounts Payable Accountant <br/>  </p> <p> </p> <p>Service delivery for Oerlikon’s Legal Entities withing Accounts Payable stream, role based in Warsaw Share Service Center.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your Responsibilites</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Verifying and processing incoming PO and Non-PO invoices, credit notes and other AP documents.</li> <li>Reconciliation of AP accounts. Maintenance and delivery of AP reports (Aging, GR/IR, AP Recon).</li> <li>Preparing and running payment proposals on a timely and accurate manner</li> <li>Updating internal processes and manuals (DTP) </li> <li>Maintaining and delivering the relevant documents for audit, as required, and support colleagues with similar requests. </li> <li>Supporting Legal Entities, HQ, AP colleagues, TC and TL  on ad-hoc tasks</li> <li>Identifying potential process improvements and proposing their implementation</li> <li>Performing other tasks related to the AP process</li> <li>Providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders</li> <li>Highlighting/indicating and initiating solving (proposing solutions) operational issues</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Your Profile</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to achieving business objectives and goals</li> <li>SAP knowledge</li> <li>Experience in BPO/SSC sector</li> <li>Fluency in English / German</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>We offer</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Multicultural and international work environment</li> <li>Opportunity to grow</li> <li>Work-life balance</li> <li>Friendly work culture</li> <li>Openness to your opinion</li> <li>Private medical healthcare</li> <li>Sport cards</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Can you identify with this position and are you looking for a new challenge?
