Joining ZF as a Data Privacy Specialist, you are going to act like a key player in our digital ecosystem. Your role is critical in embedding privacy into our IT architecture at the core of new digital assets like SaaS and mobile/web applications. You’ll be a driving force in digitalizing privacy management processes with innovative IT solutions. Your mission extends to educating IT teams on privacy management, making you a key figure in our commitment to data integrity. <b>What you can look forward to as Data Privacy Specialist</b></p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>You are a key player to implement and enhance the Data Privacy Management System in your area of responsibility.</li>
<li>You provide Data Privacy expertise for onboarding new IT assets (e.g. SaaS, self-developed tools, mobile / web apps) focusing on Privacy-by-design / default approach.</li>
<li>You provide IT expertise relevant to Data Privacy measures to the Corporate Data Privacy Team.</li>
<li>You manage Records of Processing Activities for IT processes.</li>
<li>You are a key player to work towards Privacy compliance by implementing and maintaining Privacy use cases with standard low code / no code tools for the global Data Privacy organization.</li>
<li>You act as a key player to educate IT on the handling of the Data Privacy Management processes.</li>
<li>You are confident with project management by creating project plans, communicating in a target-group manner, reporting on deliverables, and delivering project milestones in a timely manner.</li>
</ul>

<b>Your Profile as Data Privacy Specialist</b></p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Successfully completed studies in the field of IT, Law, Business Administration or similar, relevant privacy or IT security industry certifications (e.g. CIPP etc.) are considered as an additional asset.</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years of professional Data Privacy experience in global environment connected with comprehensive understanding of the international Data Privacy regulatory context, in particular the EU GDPR.</li>
<li>Digital First Mindset and deep knowledge of digital/IT environment especially within low code / no code market proven solutions as well as AI driven automation capabilities.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of data driven businesses and ability to understand market and business needs while safeguarding privacy compliance.</li>
<li>Fluent English skills, further languages may be a benefit.</li>
<li>Open-minded and confident appearance in negotiations connected with strong communication and problem-solving skillset.</li>
<li>Excellent (self-) organizational and time management skills.</li>
