Job Summary:

As the Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's Senior / Executive TA strategy to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates who will drive the company's success and growth in the long term. 


You will lead a small team of recruiters and work closely with TA Manager and Head of People Experience to understand hiring needs and implement best practices in recruitment processes. 


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruiting at Senior and Executive level, a deep understanding of industry trends, and a passion for fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.  
 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective TA strategies to attract, assess, and hire top-tier diverse talent across various departments. 
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and objectives. 
  • Partner with Senior Leaders to understand staffing needs and develop hiring plans whilst delivering a best in class Hiring Manager experience 
  • Be a trusted advisor and a key partner and voice during candidate selection; ensuring a strong fit for both the role and organisation.   
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers. 
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline TA processes through technology and automation. 
  • Utilize data analytics and metrics to drive decision-making in executive recruitment. 
  • Measure the effectiveness of executive search strategies and adjust as needed for continuous improvement. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in TA and recommend improvements to the recruitment process. 
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment and hiring practices. 
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in all interactions with candidates, executives, and internal stakeholders. 
  • Prepare weekly progress reports for Senior and Executive Hiring Campaigns 
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager and Head of People Experience on project work where required 

 

Skills / Experience you will bring to the role:

  • Proven track record of successfully hiring credible Senior / Executive talent in a competitive market. 
  • 5+ years of experience in Senior / Executive TA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team. 
  • Deep understanding of various recruitment methods and tools, including social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, external partners and all internal stakeholders. 
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment 
  • Flexibility to adjust executive recruitment strategies based on changing market conditions, organisational needs, and feedback from stakeholders. 
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices  
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. 
  • HR certification in psychometric evaluations is a plus.
