They specialise in Collaboration, Video Conferencing, Service &amp; Maintenance Contracts, System Design, Video Wall Solutions, Installations, and Managed Services.</p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>Our client has a new vacancy for a Senior Project Manager, ideally located in Luxembourg, Amsterdam or Germany (Frankfurt region), to own and control delivery of a large audio visual project with a specific focus on a technically complex design. You will be responsible for the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction throughout the projects entire lifecycle, from Initiation &amp; Design, through to its closing phases. As project management master, you will have significant experience of large complex projects, in a construction and engineering environment with the ability to control all project baselines in a formal, documented manner. The ability to initiate effective control across all project dynamics is critical to success, due to the projects split geographic nature.</p><p><strong>Role Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <ul> <li>Project initiation &amp; planning in line with a known project management framework, (PMP, PRINCE) creating management products which define the projects baselines to control throughout the lifecycle.<ul> <li>PID, WBS, PBS, (and associated product descriptions), schedule, RAID<br/></li> </ul></li> <li>Delivery of project in line with the constraints of schedule, budget and requirements</li> <li>Ability to structure schedule/plans in a manner that addresses the need of multiple teams with differing focus</li> <li>Participation in early prototyping activity in order to capture results and inform the initial design baseline(s).</li> <li>Requitements gathering and analysis for solution control throughout the project, alongside early formal agreement of acceptance criteria by the sign off authority</li> <li>Highlight reporting on a monthly basis to ensure all stakeholders, (internal &amp; external), are fully informed on the status of the project.</li> <li>Financial control and reporting on a regular basis, (Cost reporting, Forecasting &amp; ECAC)</li> <li>Deploys a RAID based approach to project control, with regular reviews and updates throughout the project life cycle, to deliver a proactive approach to risk/issue management, governance and direction</li> </ul></ul><p><strong>Essential Skills and Experience</strong></p><ul> <li>Significant experience delivering large-scale, complex AV projects through the full project lifecycle.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of audio-visual systems, technologies, and integration practices.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction on complex projects.</li> <li>Demonstrated expertise in recognised project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).</li> <li>Skilled in financial control and reporting, including forecasting and cost management.</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience reporting to senior internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Ability to coordinate and lead multi-disciplinary, geographically dispersed teams.</li> <li>Excellent risk and issue management skills, with a proactive and structured approach (RAID)</li> </ul><p><strong>Desirable Skills and Experience</strong></p><ul> <li> A recognized Project Management Qualification (PMI, Prince 2 Practitioner, etc.).</li> <li> AVIXA CTS, CTS-I or CTS-D certification (Desirable but not essential).</li> <li>Relevant Health &amp; Safety qualification applicable to the EU.</li> <li>Fluency in an additional European language (e.g., German, Dutch, French).</li> </ul><p><strong><br/></strong><strong><br/></strong></p>
