Senior Product Manager

Brady Corporation is seeking a Product Manager of Healthcare Media (wristband and labeling) to join our product management team. As the Product Manager for the Healthcare Media product line, you will lead cross-functional efforts, collaborating directly with internal teams across manufacturing, R&D, supply chain, marcom, and sales, as well as with external customer and business partners. Qualifications

• Define and own the strategy and roadmap for the healthcare product portfolios and communicate it effectively and passionately with internal teams and external business partners
• Develop and execute comprehensive product business and marketing plans to meet sales forecasts and profit objectives
• Lead global go-to-market strategy, and new product development for your product portfolio
• Create a 3 – 5 year business plan, create product launch plans and oversee cross-functional implementation across the organization
• Responsible for implementation of innovative media solutions for our customers
• Define and own product KPIs and roadmap, diagnose areas for improvement, and develop and implement recommendations
• Prepare monthly reports, forecasts, product reviews and customer trend analysis
• Focus externally, creating a deep understanding of market and technology trends, competitive intelligence and key influencers
• Collaborate with partners, customers and industry leaders to champion the voice of the customer within the organization
• Lead customer and market research initiatives that drive product portfolio strategy
• 15% travel expected
