Shift: Mid-Shift 4:30p.m. – 3:00a.m.

Pay: Starting at $18.20 plus incentive pay and shift differential.

Seasonal: Through December 31, 2025

How You Will Make a Difference  

What will you do: 

The primary responsibility of this position is to support the workflow of the business as needed by directly working on the tasks assigned to ensure that production goals are met in a timely manner.

How you will do it:

A building leader will direct the associate as they rotate through various positions on the warehouse floor. Associates will use a variety of digital and physical tools to perform the work as well as systematically track all assigned work throughout the shift. The Operations Driver will be tasked with lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, stacking and performing various functional movements in the pursuit of moving the VF products around the warehouse to achieve our production goals. Additionally, this role will also serve as a transporter of bulk goods using PIT equipment.

What success looks like: 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily to ensure the accurate completion of shipping of all customer orders. Reliability and predictable good attendance are also key to success in this position.

Skills for Success 

Years of Related Professional Experience: 2-3 years 

Educational Position Requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements. Familiarity with the use of digital tools both mobile and stationary to include RF guns, computers, tablets, radios etc. Familiarity with PIT equipment and general Osha standards is preferred but not necessary.    

What we expect you already know:

The ability to read, write, comprehend, speak English to the degree which allows the associate to verbalize and understand general commands in regards but not limited to topics such as safety and performance.  The ability to perform simple arithmetic functions, adding/ subtracting /counting etc. for the purpose of verifying goods and products.

·        Stand and/or walk during shift between 10 to 12 hours
