Brand Manager (Food Services)

ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, a group of fast-food restaurant companies, is in search of a Brand Manager, to join the company’s team in Greece.

The role

The job holder will be responsible for Central Eastern Europe Cluster, supporting the Senior Marketing Manager and cooperating closely with the franchisee’s local marketing teams. Also, the successfully evaluated candidate will aim to transfer global strategy locally, but also the execution of agreed plans, safeguarding in parallel brand building.

More specifically he/she will:

• Drive strategy, plan and support execution for Greece, Israel, Cyprus, Belarus & Ukraine
• Drive insights and data that will fuel effective communication approach with franchisees
• Discuss promo calendar mix, pricing, and value positioning, digitalization of business, channel sales growth and brand building
• Be responsible for external marketing partners, media, digital and creative agency to ensure brand development and business growth
• Analyze performance of market and products to identify opportunities and issues that will allow further development

• Work closely with central team, sharing plans and information that will allow them to understand drivers of brand and business performance locally

Requirements

• 5+ years' work experience in Brand Management position ideally in retail, F&B, FMCG business

• BSc or MSc in Marketing, Management, Business or Economics
• MBA or relevant post graduate diploma will be considered an asset
• Experience in brand/product plan, development, and execution
• Fluency in English (Oral & Written)
• Detail & result oriented with strong communication & influence skills

• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing in combination with business-driven mindset
• Experience in digital and Social Media platforms & technologies
• Ability to work effectively within team as well as independently
• Familiar with business analytics & statistics
