Our journey: Alexandre and Steve launched Qonto in July 2017. Since then, the team has earned the trust of more than 350,000 customers and opened offices in Paris, Berlin, Milan, and Barcelona. Last summer, we joined forces with Penta, a market leader based in Berlin and Belgrade, forming a united team of 1000+ Qontoers. We also made it to the Top 3 of LinkedIn Top Startups France!

Our beliefs: Diversity brings success. We are currently growing our design team with experienced designers willing to build the most amazing finance solution in the world as well as to keep growing their skills and expertise.As an Expert Brand Designer, you will blend with Qonto’s strong design culture, in a very international environment. As part of our 80+ Design Studio members, you will join Carla, our Lead Brand Designer and her team of talented designers (check out our Dribbble for a sample of their work!)
👩💻🧑💻As an Expert Brand Designer at Qonto, you will
Give life to the brand: You will work hand in hand with Qonto’s top leadership on the strategic aspect of the brand and the most exposed assets seen by millions of people.
Constantly challenge the system: You will rebuild and turn it into knowledge, taking conscious and mastered bets to reinvent the Brand guidelines (standards, design principles, creative approach), and the courage to challenge status-quo while maintaining design consistency between product and brand.
Organize and train the team’s knowledge: You will be responsible for ensuring guidelines and systems are organized in an optimal way so they can be used by the team and scale as the team knowledge grows.
Grow with the team: As part of our ambition for continuous improvement, you will engage with your peers on a daily basis, work closely with various functions (tech, product, growth), and be coached by your Manager (Carla) to grow your skills and talents on the field.
Unblock the team whenever it’s needed. You will be the go-to person in case of issues related to delivery in the product team. You’ll need to be creative to find practical solutions to their problems and unblock them.
Brand Advocate: You will embody the brand design expertise to shine internally and externally
