Regional Sales Manager - North/East Germany

Fieldpiece is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to cover North/East Germany.  The ideal candidate has experience in the HVACR, power tooling, construction and/or plumbing industry, has an affinity for complex, technical products, is eager to travel to meet with technicians in the field, and to deliver presentations and demonstrations at our distributors.  You have 5+ years of B2B sales experience working with distributors to increase revenue.  The position will require up to 80% in North/East Germany.

What will you do?

In your new role as a Regional Sales Manager, you'll take charge of planning and executing strategies to help Fieldpiece drive sales, grow market share, and expand branch coverage in North/East Germany. You'll travel up to 80% to meet with distributors and HVACR technicians, provide demonstrations, and deliver presentations at our distributors and business and trade events. What skills are we looking for?

• 5+ years in a B2B sales role selling through a distributor network
• Experience in HVACR, power tooling, construction and/or plumbing industry
• Technical affinity for mechanical products
• Excellent presentation, communication and relationship building skills
• Willing and able to travel up to 80% in North/East Germany
• A team player with a proactive attitude
• Honest, ethical, organized, and the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence
• Excellent German and English communication skills - written and verbal
