Customer Success Executive

We have an exciting new role for a passionate, ambitious, ‘go-getter’, who wants to be part of a hospitality software start-up company.

As a hospitality business, we know how important it is to deliver 5 star service and that is what this role will do on a day-to-day basis. This role will focus on being the first point for our customers, providing timely responses and resolutions to all queries in a friendly and professional manner.

This role will involve:

• Office based 4 days per week
• Lots of talking
• Troubleshooting

• Responding to customer calls and emails on a daily basis

Requirements

It will ideally suit someone:

• With previous customer service experience
• With Hospitality experience
• Who thrives under pressure
• With incredible organisational skills
• Who is outgoing and confident

Essential for the role:

• High levels of computer and tech skills
• Eligibility to work full time in Ireland
• Appetite for learning and development
• Fluent written and verbal English
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player
• High levels of attention to detail
