Your Duties & Responsibilities:
Aspart of the team,you will contribute with:
- Providing the right business solution through direct contact with the Clients
- Planning and execute business analysis: marketing strategy, organizational and processes
- Drawing and implementing an organisational model
- Collecting information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.)
- Analyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes
- Contributing to the identification of the best solutions through a structured problem-solving approach
- Formulating recommendations and solutions with attention to a client’s wishes, capabilities and limitations forming concise reports
- Developing detailed business plans to drive small or radical changes
- Organizing and managing business projects (in terms of planned Delivery, Economics and supplier/team management)
- Conducting meetings effectively and creating clear and effective presentations
- Managing and developing relations with client’s middle management
- Reclassifying of Balance Sheet and developing financial forecast
- Italian language required
Requirements:
The requirements are:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the fields of economics, management or engineering
- At least 1/3 years of experience, gained in leading management consulting firms or in modernly structured companies
- Experience as a PMO
- Experience in defining process improvement/performace programs and measurement
- Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Aptitude in creative problem-solving
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of the Office package (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Nice to have: knowledge of Design thinking/Lean methodology;
