Your Duties & Responsibilities: 

Aspart of the team,you will contribute with:

• Providing the right business solution through direct contact with the Clients 
• Planning and execute business analysis: marketing strategy, organizational and processes  
• Drawing and implementing an organisational model  
• Collecting information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.)  
• Analyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes  
• Contributing to the identification of the best solutions through a structured problem-solving approach  

• Formulating recommendations and solutions with attention to a client’s wishes, capabilities and limitations forming concise reports   
• Developing detailed business plans to drive small or radical changes 
• Organizing and managing business projects (in terms of planned Delivery, Economics and supplier/team management)  
• Conducting meetings effectively and creating clear and effective presentations  
• Managing and developing relations with client’s middle management  
• Reclassifying of Balance Sheet and developing financial forecast  
• Italian language required 

Requirements: 

The requirements are: 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in the fields of economics, management or engineering 
• At least 1/3 years of experience, gained in leading management consulting firms or in modernly structured companies   
• Experience as a PMO 
• Experience in defining process improvement/performace programs and measurement 
• Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills  
• Aptitude in creative problem-solving  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills  
• Good knowledge of the Office package (especially Excel and PowerPoint)  

• Nice to have: knowledge of Design thinking/Lean methodology;
