Job Description

In this exciting and dynamic position, you will play a decisive role in shaping the growth of our company. With your expertise, sociability and proactivity, you will use the right channels to win new Nagarrians for us. 
 
Your day-to-day work could look like this: 

• Identifying and approaching potential candidates via various channels, including social media, job portals and networking events
• Developing and implementing out of the box talent sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified IT professionals
• Building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, professional associations and other relevant networks
• Advertising and maintaining open vacancies as well as corresponding applicant management along the candidate journey
• Conveying the Nagarro spirit in initial meetings with applicants

Qualifications

• Initial professional experience in recruiting/sourcing of IT experts, ideally with background from a recruitment agency
• Knowledge of modern recruitment methods such as active research and active sourcing
• Proactive Sales talent with desire to work on your own responsibility 
• Open-minded and out-of-the-box way of thinking
• Strong communication skills in German and English is required
