Sightline is seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. Business Intelligence Developer - Transformation Office to join our team and play a key role in optimizing business processes for Sightline. The Sr. Business Intelligence Developer - Transformation Office will report to the AVP Finance and Administration Transformation and dotted reporting line to the Director of IT Enterprise. Will be responsible for leading data analytics and additional support of performance measures, ongoing measurement, data collection, reporting, data visualization, and information dissemination. Is subject matter data expert working with complex IT solutions to solve high-priority organizational analytic problems in their work area. This role involves developing and fine-tuning exploratory IT solutions, which includes coding, testing, debugging, designing, and implementing newly developed BI solutions.

This role will be responsible for modeling, forecasting, core FP&A experience, and data visualizations. Responsible for full life cycle of large/long-term highly complex projects. Typically manages multiple projects of varying complexities. Based on expert technical knowledge, skills and experience, develops broad-based solutions involving multifaceted technologies, and business processes. Leads overall strategy, design & architecture for solutions.

Job Scope/Complexity

Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. Goals are communicated in solution or project goal terms. Will provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Also, may manage developers, directing their efforts to reach organizational goals in a timely manner. Partners and collaborates with other analytic teams and data warehouse engineers. Serves as subject matter expert for engineers, spending time planning for new data architecting needs.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate and align with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate customer needs into visualization requirements, and work to deliver world-class visualizations, data stories while ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Process large amounts of information to draw conclusions based on intelligence findings.
• Interact with a variety of business professionals and communicate critical project requirements within the organization.
• Participate in meetings to suggest improvements for business processes.
• Help manage custom application development and create delivery model strategies, as well as provide scalable services related to high performance visualization tools and infrastructure design.
• Ensure the use of business intelligence applications enhance clinical & business decision-making capabilities.
• Research and plan analytic solutions for existing and new problems within the organization as directed by the supervisor and/or leadersh
