Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for launching innovative medical technologies? Join our team as a Product management and physician relationship support and play a pivotal role in bringing cutting-edge interventional ultrasound solutions to market.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure seamless support of the product management and physician relationship teams.

This is a hybrid position in our Issaquah, WA office.

Your Role: 

  • Align schedules between cross functional teams.
  • Ownership of Inventory Management for the cardiovascular team.
  • Initialize internal approval processes and track completion.
  • Collect data from collaboration sites and summarize results.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize logistics to send and receive materials from external partners.
  • Tracking invoices and payments based on contractual agreements, keeps records of all payments.
  • Tracking ECE case schedules and coordinating with account owners.
  • Support physician relations team in building and maintaining strong relationships with physicians, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and clinical partners.
  • Serve as point of contact for physician inquiries, scheduling, logistics, and follow-up needs.
  • Assist with coordination of physician meetings, training sessions, advisory boards, educational events, and conferences.

Your Expertise: 

  • Planning & Coordination: Coordination of cross functional teams, ensuring that marketing, sales, and product teams are aligned and prepared for successful product activities.
  • Project Management: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring all tasks and deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and provide performance analysis to optimize future go-to-market strategies.
  • Key Operational Liaison: For the organization and its physician partners, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings, data tracking, and issue resolution.

Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or related roles in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with project management strategies, particularly within the medical device or healthcare sector, is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to track performance and manage timelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage ambiguity in a dynamic market environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a regulated industry such as medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization.
