As an Sr. SAP FICO & FP&A Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our financial processes and systems within the SAP landscape. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial and controlling modules with other SAP modules critical to our manufacturing operations. Your expertise will drive strategic decision-making, financial transparency, and regulatory compliance within our organization. The role will also be responsible for configuring & managing 3rd party tax software.

NOTE: The successful candidate for this position will initially be hired as a Daimler Truck North America employee and subsequently transition to the Amplify Cell Technologies organization structure and benefits, contingent upon customary closing conditions and receipt of applicable merger control and regulatory approvals. The benefits under Amplify Cell Technologies may differ slightly from those provided by DTNA.

Location: This role will start remote and then will be working out of Marshall, MS, with expectation to be on-Site once building construction and timing is established (relocation package available). 

What You will Spark at Amplify:

• Implementation and Configuration: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA FICO & FP&A modules tailored to the specific needs of lithium ion battery manufacturing processes.
  • Refine the Finance, Accounting and Controlling process scope, identifying any gaps when necessary. 
  • Perform system demonstrations designed to showcase the existing standard SAP FI/CO & FP&A functionality and secure buy-in from customers, while identifying any gaps, and/or requirements. 
  • Translate local business requirements into related configuration requirements and perform system set-ups in SAP to meet business requirements while working with the selected Systems Integrator.
