Job Summary

Are you ready to apply your skills and experience working on systems and products that support our war-fighters and help protect our nation? Then consider becoming part of the growing Government Systems Communication Products Organization. As a Senior Principal Systems Engineer on the Advanced Data Links Team, you will be part of a multi-functional team comprised of Systems and Hardware engineers leading development of our space communications products supporting our military and their partners.

 

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience OR

• Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience OR

• In absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience is required

• Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Bachelor’s degree (typically in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen

• Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.  Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation/reinstatement and must meet eligibility requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong Preference for current DoD Secret Clearance.
• Familiarity with comm engineering architectures (e.g: general radio transceiver architectures/designs, basic radio functional component blocks, performance specifications and test methodologies)
• Strong communication skills, experience presenting technical data
• Experience with Python scripting, test automation
